• Within New Zealand: Flat rate of $10 NZD

• To Australia: Flat rate of $15 NZD

• International (other countries): Rates vary – please enquire (standard international air, untracked)

Art prints are sealed in a protective plastic sleeve with an acid-free backing board. They are then either packed flat in rigid cardboard or rolled in acid-free tissue and shipped in a mailing tube.

Most orders are shipped the next working day.

• Within New Zealand: 1–3 working days after dispatch

• International orders: 5–14 working days after dispatch

• Orders to Australia are sent with tracking.

• Orders to other international destinations are sent via standard international air (untracked).

Yes! If your order is time-sensitive or you need it urgently, please contact Koryu before purchasing to discuss express shipping options or check dispatch times.

If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, I can resend it, but the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
